Jianfeng Lin

Hello, I am 林剑锋. I am an associate professor at Yau Mathematical Sciences Center (YMSC) at Tsinghua University.

My research interests include low-dimensional topology, gauge theory and Floer theory. In recent years, I have been studying smooth 4-manifolds, using tools from the Seiberg-Witten equations and configuration spaces.

I received my Ph.D. from UCLA in 2016, supervised by Ciprian Manolescu. After that, I was a C.L.E. Moore instructor at MIT (2016-2019), an assistant professor at USCD (2019-2021), before coming to Tsinghua in 2021.

Here are a CV and a publication list.
